Some people discover their calling in college. John Eagan figured his out before he was tall enough to reach the top shelf. Growing up, he was the kid who needed to understand how everything was built. If something broke at his parents’ house, John was already standing there with a screwdriver, volunteering before anyone asked.

That curiosity turned into a career in property maintenance and management, where John spent years remodeling apartment units, duplexes, and single-family homes. During Covid, the work expanded to include full gut-renovations on residential properties. Watching an outdated, run-down home become something beautiful was the part of the job that stuck. He wanted to bring that same transformation directly to homeowners.

Eagan Remodeling launched in 2022. Fully licensed, fully insured, and fully operated by John. That last part matters. When you hire Eagan Remodeling, you are not assigned an account rep or a random crew. You get John, on your job site, making sure every measurement is accurate, every tile line is straight, and every finish is exactly what was promised. His name is on the business, and his reputation rides on your project.

When he is not remodeling homes, John is passing along what he knows to the next generation of builders. He believes the best way to honor a craft is to share it.
