Custom Tiling
Every tile project at Eagan Remodeling is completed in-house by experienced craftsmen. We do not sub this out. When you see a tile line in one of our projects, it was set by the same team that manages your entire build.
We work with all tile types and formats. Subway tile backsplashes, large-format bathroom floors, intricate mosaic patterns, shower surrounds, and accent walls. Every cut is precise, every line is level, and every surface behind the tile is properly waterproofed before a single piece goes up.
Tile is one of those things where the difference between good and great is measured in fractions of an inch. We measure in fractions of an inch.
LVP/LVT Flooring Installation
Luxury vinyl plank and luxury vinyl tile give you the look of hardwood or stone at a fraction of the cost, with superior water resistance and durability. It is the fastest-growing flooring category for a reason.
The difference between flooring that looks great and flooring that looks installed is in the prep. We take the time to properly level and prepare subfloors before a single plank goes down. The result: tight joints, seamless transitions between rooms, and a floor that performs as good as it looks for years.
Popcorn Removal & Drywall Repair
Popcorn ceilings had their moment. That moment was 1985. If your ceilings still look like cottage cheese, we remove the texture carefully, minimize the mess and dust, and smooth the surface to a clean, modern finish.
We also handle minor to moderate drywall repairs: patching holes, fixing cracks, smoothing uneven surfaces, and preparing walls for paint. The goal is a surface so clean you forget it was ever anything else.
Professional Interior Painting
A quality paint job is 80% preparation and 20% paint. We never skip the prep. Thorough masking, proper surface preparation, priming where needed, and smooth, even coverage with clean lines on every edge.
